Don't use social media if you are not enough matured to take other people's happiness/success/ love stories.

While a lot of them are fake, a few of them might be true. ....................... I know at least 500 couples who post very cute pictures on social media but don't have any compatibility in their lives. They regularly fight and bully each other but whenever the camera is on - they smile beautifully. I appreciate their effort though otherwise social Media would have been a very depressing place. I love to see couples enjoying themselves and having happy faces. I try to assume that they are happy while my clinical experience says they are often not. .......................... If you are struggling with your mental health - just deactivate every social media account for 7 days and closely observe what happens. If you feel better much better, then don't be back again. We all like to be different in current times. Not using social media will make you very different from your peers and friends. ..........................

Be grateful for what you have. Otherwise, you just choose to suffer and make yourself bitter, cruel, and annoying to yourself and others.

Practice keeping your word every day. This will go a long way in gaining confidence.

Every time you say you're gonna do something and don't do it, your self-esteem diminishes no matter how meaningless the task may seem.
