I was searching the net for the solution for  a long time, finally got this below. there are some other options but they are not free, some are like garbage.

1. open google chrome and open chrome web store.
2. download Read Aloud software.
3. open your pdf file with google chrome.
4. run your pdf file with Read Aloud
